These are ALL SHEEPSKIN! The inside and the sole is our wonderful delightfully thick Brown Merino Sheepskin. What you see on the outside in the photo is the real leather backing of the sheepskin hide. The bottom is a 2nd layer of sturdy suede sewn to the sheepskin insides. They are intended for INDOOR WEAR ONLY! AVERAGE FOOT WIDTH ONLY.
There are limited quantity of this style in these sizes and colors only: TO get the right size - YOU MUST MEASURE your foot from the heel to the longest toe, EMAIL ME and I will find the right fit for you!! These were made exclusively for us in Southeastern Arizona by a retired Polish shoemaker. Unlike most sheepskin slippers that are made using wool for the cuff and fake fleece on the inside; OUR SLIPPERS ARE ENTIRELY MADE FROM REAL SHEEPSKIN WITH IT'S REAL NATURAL LEATHER BACKING!! They will keep your feet padded and warm! Especially nice for people who have chronically cold tootsies!! This slide-on scuff style of slipper is great for people who like open toe comfort, who's feet might get too warm, have trouble putting conventional slippers on, or simply want to wear them during warmer temps.
The wool is one-inch thick real wool-on-leather. (The shoemaker had to trim down the wool abit on the inside because it was too thick to sew!) We import the whole hides from Australia using only the world famous cross-bred Merino sheep. It is an extra-dense, thick textured wool that is perfect for pads and cushions - especially around your favorite person's feet!
Because of the thickness of these slippers - please order a size larger than your regular shoe size. For instance if you are a size 8 or 8 1/2 please order the 9. (They will stretch to fit some as natural leather is good but don't count on them stretching a whole shoe size.) If you are in doubt which size to order, SEND ME YOUR FOOT LENGTH AS MEASURED IN INCHES from your heel to your big toe AND I will select the right size for you. (For instance I'm a size 9 but my actual foot measures ten inches when standing up on a ruler.) AVERAGE FOOT WIDTH ONLY.
Yes, these are washable too! And you can vacuum them or brush the wool to keep them fluffy and comfy for a long time!!
